Join Us On The Farm

Territorial Farm Stay and Stable offers a unique glimpse into horse focused farm life in the beautiful South Willamette Valley of Oregon where horses, wine, and outdoor recreation abound. We're located near Junction City, OR, and we are an easy drive to Eugene and the University of Oregon Ducks or Corvallis and the Oregon State Beavers. We're within 15 minutes of more than a dozen wineries, and there are nearby golf courses, farmers' markets, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities. We welcome families and well behaved pets (extra pet fee applies). We book our accommodations directly with you on all major credit cards through an online invoice for contactless payment. A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Next day or same day reservations, if available, require payment in full at the time of booking. We are a small facility and ensure that all our guests receive personal care and attention. Advance booking is appreciated and helps us prepare for your arrival and comfort. The Carriage House is our main accommodation on the farm and great little cottage for a fun get away.

The Carriage House is now available

(Good availability in 2024 during July and early August) The Carriage House is a cozy, comfortable, and quaint little house on the farm. We provide local foods for a self preparation breakfast to get you started right on the farm. The Carriage house can accommodate up to 4 people. Huge securely fenced yard. Outdoor seating and fire pit area. Living room, breakfast bar, and full kitchen space offers a great gathering space with a specialty wood stove that heats the house for 24 hours. AC cooling available in the summer. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking a great meal. Comfortable couch can expand sleeping areas. Generous sized bedroom with comfortable queen bed also has plenty of floor space for adding an airbed or cot. Bathroom has antique clawfoot tub and shower, along with very modern full size washer and dryer. Well behaved pets are welcome for an extra fee. Golden Retrievers stay for free!!!

(Good availability for late June, July and August) We also offer "Glamping Farm Stays" in Fern, our RV Guest House with it's own little yard and all the amenities. We include local foods for a self preparation breakfast and can offer additional local food options for you to prepare delicious farm to table meals. Enjoy a morning walk in the pasture, pet the horses, and experience farm life in Oregon.

Add on a "Horse Experience" to your Farmstay for an up close and personal time with the horses. Suitable for both children and adults. We also offer private riding lessons for children and adults. If you are a senior who has been out of the saddle for awhile, we'd love to help you reconnect with a horse. Experienced riders who have never ridden a gaited horse can explore the world of gaited riding with our beautiful Paso Fino gaited horses.

For wine lovers, we can give you an orientation to Oregon wine and personally introduce you to many of our wonderful local wineries. Explore the local area, visit over a dozen nearby wineries, shop for local produce, experience an outdoor recreational paradise, and relax at the end of the day with a BBQ and enjoy the peace and beauty of the farm.

Fern is set up with its own little yard

Fern easily accommodates four people with all utilities, linens, and kitchen items. WiFi available throughout most of the farm. Try "glamping" on the farm with no need to pack all the camping gear. Stay near the horses and in the heart of wine country (two night minimum). Pet friendly? We are a pet household with Taffy and Tawny, our Golden Retrievers, Ambassadors for Happiness, and friendly cats. We love pets, and we accept well behaved pets on approval for an extra fee. We are very conscious of protecting the health and safety of your pets and ours.

Bring Your Own RV for a Farm Stay

Join us on the farm with your own home away from home. Settle in near the horses on our safe and secure gated property. Only one family or friends group camping on the farm at a time (maximum two RV's). 20 amp electrical hook up, water, and WiFi. Well maintained porta potty on site. Free dump station just minutes away in nearby Junction City. Farm Stays include a "Horse Experience" for up close and personal time with the horses. Add on riding lessons for children and adults for a complete horse immersion. We offer the option of purchasing local foods for self preparation farm to table meals or browse the farmers' markets in the area to make your own delicious local food selections. And we welcome Harvest Host members.

Bring your own horse and stay for a few days to ride the local trails in the area. Or stable overnight and take advantage of our people accommodations to rest up and travel on to your destination.
