What exactly is a farm stay???
In the United States, the family farm has become a challenged institution since World War II. Yet, recently there has been a growing desire of many urbanites to reconnect with our rural countrysides. Where can we wake to the sounds of farm life, feed a bottle to a lamb, or brush a horse....even see the stars without city lights dimming their glow? We need to find our small family farms and ranches.
The term is "farm stay." The Europeans know it. The Aussies and the Kiwis know it. Italy has its own name for it, "agriturismo." Farm Stay US

Pasture Life |
If you think the "farm stay" experience is for you, we invite you to come to the country and enjoy our farm and horses, located
in the lush and green South Willamette Valley of Oregon. We have a cute and
cozy 50's style farmhouse and a working stable in the heart of Oregon wine
country, easily accessible from an Interstate Highway and airports. Immerse
yourself in country living, enjoy a morning walk in the pasture, pet the
horses, and experience farm life in Oregon. Plenty of
opportunities to groom and help care for the horses, help out with barn chores,
work in the garden and green house, or sit back on the deck or patio in the
back yard, watch the animals, and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.
