For the 2024 season, we have our Carriage House available, but no availability at this time for Fern, our RV Guest House. We are developing a new "accommodation lite" for Horse Travelers only that will be available mid to late May. We also have limited RV parking with some hook up's and we welcome Harvest Host members on a space available basis.  And, we have a Guest Barn for travelers with horses.  We are pet friendly for well behaved pets with pet fee.  Golden Retrievers stay for FREE!

It's spring in the country and the beautiful Oregon summer is on it's way in the South Willamette Valley.  The Farmers' markets are opening, the wineries are extended their days and hours for tasting delicious Oregon wine, and spring clean up's and planting are happening everywhere.

At Territorial Farm Stay and Stable we are looking forward to the great weather and welcoming our guests for a pet friendly country stay and an opportunity to horse around.  We have great availability for the months of July and early August, so now is the time to make those summer plans and a reservation.

The Carriage House at Territorial Farmstay is a one-bedroom, one bath cottage, very comfortable for two people with the option of up to four people.  Lots of floor space and airbeds and comfortable couch available for sleeping extra people.  Living/dining/kitchen area is a great gathering spot for friends and family.  Kitchen is well equipped for cooking a nice meal.  Gas BBQ grill also available.  Kitchen has some staple condiments, and we provide coffee, tea, and some local foods for that first breakfast on the farm morning. Good WiFi coverage available for connecting with the outside world or remote working.

Add on a "Horsin' Around Experience" to get up close and personal with the horses.  No experience required and great for children or adults.  Private riding lessons are also available on a limited basis.

 If you are an RV Traveler, we have limited availability for a "Bring Your Own RV Farmstay."  Bring your RV, and electric, water, and WiFi available. Very well maintained portapotty on site.  Free sewer dumping 10 minutes away.

Farm Stays are not just for summer.  Fall is a great time in the country with fall colors, delicious fall produce, pumpkin patches visits and and wagon rides with tractors and horses.  Moving on through Thanksgiving, cutting your own tree at local Christmas tree farms, enjoying some hot chocolate by the fire, and shopping holiday markets, are great ways to enjoy the holiday season.   

We have limited availability in October and November for our Carriage House, but plenty of availability in December. We have very limited availability for Fern, our RV Guest House this fall and winter. Plan ahead for a great Farm Stay with friends or family and bring your well behaved furry friend too.

And fall and winter are still great times to  Horse Around on the farm.  Fall sunshine is the best, and we have an indoor arena to stay cozy and dry for horse fun, even on those rainy Oregon winter days.  We offer both riding and non-riding options to connect with the horses, learn all about them, and have some fun. Reserve your Horsin' Around Experience or a private riding lesson (extra fees apply) when you book an accommodation with us and plan a fun-filled visit.

Summer is in full swing on the farm and in the countryside.  That green spring grass is now a little brown and the haze of warm days washes over the farmland. Strawberry season has rolled into blueberry season and peach season is coming up.  Now is a great time to book late summer and fall stays in either the Carriage House or Fern, the RV Guest House 

Relax in the secure, pet friendly back yard of the Carriage House and enjoy the fire pit when summer conditions allow.  Visit nearby wineries and produce farms. 

Spacious bedroom in the Carriage House has a queen bed and lots of floor space for extra sleeping space with airbeds, along with a comfy couch for sleeping in the living room. Bring a friends group or the whole family. 

The Carriage House has comfortable AC for those hot summer days and a living/dining/kitchen area for gathering, cooking, eating, and visiting. 

Fern, the RV Guest House is situated with a great view of the horse barn and all the action and has it's own little yard. 

After an afternoon wine tasting nearby, bring back your favorite wine to enjoy sitting out by the barn and horses for an evening of sipping delicious Oregon wine. Add your favorite picnic foods with produce and bread from the nearby produce farms and the country bakery.  

Fern has a comfortable queen size bed for a good night's rest. The mattress is the real deal.  No RV mattress.  A set of built in bunk beds with oversize single beds expand Fern's sleeping capacity to add family members or friends. 

Fern has all the amenities.  Full AC and fans.  Full bathroom.  Well equipped kitchen for cooking and dining, along with seating space. Linens, dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances all included. 

And don't forget the horses!!! We offer a variety of custom planned equestrian activities and learning for our guests of all ages and experience levels.  Enjoy Horsin' Around on the ground with the horses, learning connection and safety.  Sign up for a private riding lesson to work on the basics.  For more experienced equestrians, try our beautiful Paso Fino horses for the smooth ride of your life.  Come to horse and wine country this summer.

We are excited to announce a new Farm Stay option, The Carriage House is now available. Lovely, comfortable, quaint little house on the farm with all the amenities.  Living room, breakfast bar, and full kitchen offer a great gathering space with a specialty wood stove that heats the house for 24 hours.

Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking a great meal.  Comfortable couch can expand sleeping areas. Who is coming to visit???? Welcome guests to Territorial Farm Stay.  These are the greeters, Taffy and Tawny, red Golden Retrievers who are our host dogs extraordinaire and ambassadors for happiness.  Taffy and Tawny are excited to welcome you to the farm, and they are big fans of fall Farm Stay guests, leaping into the leaves, running the farm, and welcoming everyone.  

 It has been an unusually hot and dry and a bit smoky fall here in the South Willamette Valley of Oregon.  But, change is in the forecast. Our cooler and wetter weather is on the way. Fall weather won't dampen the fun though.  Grab a sweater and maybe a raincoat for fall fun.  The pumpkin patches, fall festivals, and farmers' markets are in full swing. 

Guest Barn available for your equine friends 

Here at Territorial Farm Stay, we look forward to hosting you.  This fall we are open for RV travelers and for travelers with horses. Stalls in the Guest Barn are available for your equine friends (and we can also take goats, alpacas, llamas and sheep as well).  

Welcome RV Travelers and Harvest Host Members 

Our RV Guest House is unfortunately not available until mid December.  BUT, exciting news, we are hoping to have an additional accommodation online by mid November, just in time for Thanksgiving on the farm.  Watch for details to come on the new Carriage House, great for groups of up to 4 with a wood burning stove, full kitchen, living room, queen bedroom, and bath, along with a huge backyard and firepit.
